4K Monitor support for MacBook Pro 15-inch, Early 2011

I am considering to buy 4K monitor. I know MBP Early 2011 doesn't support such high resolutin, I was worndering if there is any way to use such high resolution monitor with this model. Is OS X 10.9.3 update going to help? Thanks.

As the OS version you are mentioning has not yet been publicly released, no one here knows if/what it may/may not contain and we are not allowed to discuss it here. The only people who might know are under an NDA and can't discuss it either.
