smtp port sending just stopped..everything was cool now zip..smtp port 587 TLS Authenication yes??? how to fix, repaired icloud control panel nothing

my SMTP stopped suddenly topday too. was working all morning. i went to lunch. then i come back and SMTP does not work any more??? i tested all sorts of things and nothing works. no longer works on other computers, phones, etc.
