i have big problem with my iphone 5 s

Dear guys

I have a big problem with my iPhone 5 s device since 3 days ago. 3 days ago, I installed " open VPN " app and using vpn connection, but after disconnect it and exit from my vpn, when I start to open each application in my iPhone, I see this message before opening these apps on my iPhone, " error 1009 " and I should close this PM before using my apps.

Please note that, I know that sometimes we see this message in iTunes when we want to download new apps from it, if our IP is not valid IP, but my problem is the new problem, because I see this message when I want to use my current and installed apps on my iPhone.

Please help me to solve this problem.
