reminders inbox and today not on iPhone?

I have reminders on my MBA and my iPhone 5S. On my MBA there is an "Inbox" and a "Today" list. These two lists are not on my iPhone. Both apps are in iCloud and still the two lists do not appear on my iPhone. I thought I would remove reminders from my iPhone and reinstall it. Unfortunately this is not possible because it is a standard app that is already on the iPhone. How do I get my "Inbox" and "Today" list on my iPhone? I also tried to create a "Today" list but the reminders for today do not automatically move to the "handmade" Today list like it does on my Mac. This is quite essential for the use of the Reminders app on my iPhone to have these two lists. Somebody HELP!
