Safari scrambled graphics

I have no clue how to fix this, I tried all, reinstal safari, clean cache, uninstall flash player and reinstall it, but nothing seems to be working in all my apple products iMac 27" os x 10.9.2, Macbook Pro 10.9.2, even my iPhone ios 7.1 have the same issues with many app

Anyone can help me with it?
