How do I force zoom out of a web page on iPhone 4S?

Everything usually works fine when I browse through sites on my iPhone, but there's this ONE website that I always use and all of a sudden it's super zoomed in and I can't zoom out? It's never happened before and I don't have the zoom option on in my settings.
