I forgot my birthday because i didnt put my real birthday
I want to restore my id by game center nickname .
I realy didnt forget my id , but my game center account changed to new account , and cant open my old one , i didnt know how it happened ! , so how can i get my old account back ??

Use the Contact us link in the bottom right of this page to contact apple support directly and if you can prove to them who you are then they may be able to help, but youy have caused this situation by lying in the first place.

I doubt that you can restore from just a nickname, but you can call Apple and ask.
The problem only in game center !!! i have no problem in apple store !
