Keynote file that needs to be added to iPad via PC iTunes

I have created a Keynote file from my Mac I need to be able to take that keynote file and transfer it from a PC using iTunes into an iPad with Keynote. When i go to hit "add" from itunes the keynote file only shows up as a folder with subfolders.

Is there a fix or way around this without using a mac?
