Apr 11, 2014 7:02 AM in response to sakthi379by Ralph Landry1,Mac OS X download can only be done to a Mac computer...and the server has to see the computer to verify it is ellible for the download. You have to use the Mac App Store for Mavericks download.

Apr 11, 2014 7:28 AM in response to sakthi379by Kurt Lang,Did your IT person make the entire drive Windows? If so, you'll have to get OS X back on the iMac before you can login to the App Store and download Mavericks.
If the entire drive is Windows, then the only way to get the Mac OS back on the drive is to erase it.
