I would really appreciate some help from someone. I just started my podcast a week ago Can someone please look over my RSS feed and tell me what changes I need to make? Thanks!

Your feed can be subscribed to in iTunes and works fine there. Basically it's probably technically OK but there are a couple of minor points.
Your media file URL and some other URLs begin with https (encrypted connection). This used not to work in the Store: it seems to be OK these days but I would recommend setting Google Drive to use http if possible to be on the safe side. I don't know how advisable it is to use Google Drive; some of these services impose serious limits on bandwidth so if you got popular you might run into problems. It does at least seem to support 'byte range requests' as required for iPhones.
Your itunes:summary tag has an 'nbsp;' in it and there is a danger of iTunes displaying such code. You should probably avoid this sort of thing apart from using & instead of just & - that's essential.
I've not concerned myself with the actual content of the episode but you should be aware that any strong or sexual language must be flagged 'explicit' and if you are using any copyrighted recordings this will get you rejected.

i did all that but when I tried to submit it you kept saying that it's already been submitted

...you kept saying...
This is a user to user forum - you aren't talking to Apple here, and I'm not Store staff, so I can only estimate the situation.
However, you appear to have fallen over a bug in the submissions process which will tell you that a feed has already been submitted even if it's been rejected. The workaround for this is to change the title slightly.
I meant to say that it keeps saying that it's already been submitted
And I tried your recommendation but it still keeps saying that it's already been submitted
Try changing the 'link' tag.
hmm
Where do they have that feed burner
Your original feed is created in Blogger and probably that would be the best place to make the change, if you can.
