I have an 80 GB Ipod Classic that has an X with a circle around and it's tell me to go to apple support.I want to know what that symbol means.Could someone please help me.

It sounds like you are unable to use your iPod Classic because of the red X that will not go away. I recommend the following information to help you get that resolved named:

Restore iPod from Disk Mode
- Disconnect iPod from your computer.
- Manually put iPod into Disk Mode.
- Open the latest version of iTunes and connect iPod.
- Restore iPod.
Setup Service for iPod
