How do you bring Airport Extreme back on Network?

Airport utility message on my macbook screen says Airport Extreme is not found on my network even though it used to be part of the network. The setup is a simple on connecting the Airport Extreme to the Internet through the cable modem and it seems to work with the Macbook, but not the printer.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.5), MacBook 13 inch Late 2007

Power off the entire network....all devices....in any order that you want

Wait a minute

Start the modem first

Keep starting devices one at a time about a minute apart working out from the modem until everything is powered back up

Check the network

Thanks. I had to do the routine described twice and on the second, the Airport Extreme finally reappeared and is working as it did a few days ago. I was hoping this would also solve my other question on here as to why my printer suddently stopped printing through the wireless network. The printer connects to my wireless network, but when I try to print it always says printer not connected! Well, apparently it is not the fault of the Airport Extreme which also works fine with my computer and iPhone.
