Since I update my mac to os 10.9.2 I can't Log & Tranfer my videos from my flash card into Final cut pro, Final cut quits unexpetadly...please help,, there is any software to tranfer videos into mac to use in final cut, I use MTS concerte, Imovie, but the quality is terrible, My movie are recorded in HD 1080 @60fps

FCP 7 doesn't support 1080p60. You cannot log and transfer that into FCP directly. You need to use third party options for that, such as ClipWrap2 from divergentmedia.com ($50)...that retains really good quality. Converts to ProRes.
Also, FCP 7 isn't officially supported on Mac OSX 10.9. Apple didn't write the software with FCP 7 in mind, so it might not work as well as it did under older OS versions.
But the real reason this isn't working is that 1080p60 is not-supported.
