I have set up the shared photo stream option in settings but can't see option in photos to make one? I only get photos or albums at the bottom, the plus button only offers new album not new stream, but there is a main photo stream within it? Help please?! Thanks

Thankyou, but in this link it states to set up a stream using ios7:
In the Photos app, tap Shared at the bottom of the screen, tap Streams at the top of the screen, then tap New Shared Stream.
If you don’t have any shared streams yet, tap Shared at the bottom of the screen, then tap Create New Stream.
**Shared is not even coming up at the bottom of the screen in photos?
