I am trying to turn in my phone and they need my password. The username for icloud goes to my old employer's email address so I don't know what it is. How can I retrieve the password? Oh, by the way, the security question has my WRONG birthdate! Thanks!

That helped but I don't have a support agreement so it would cost me $20 to get help. I am going to try the Genius Bar instead. I hope that's a good move.
