Q: I was charged on the 8th of April, 3 times for something I did not order.  I was charged $9.96, $9.96, and $10.18.  I also now have a charge of $3.53 which I believe was for the $.99 songs I ordered.  I never buy albums.  I only buy singles.

You've checked the purchase history on your iTunes account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

If you didn't make the purchases, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made them, then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
