Can I use other drivers on Windows 8.1 for my MacBook Pro Retina?

I have done a bootcamp partition on my MBPr, and I got bluescreen sometimes. I had installed Nvidia Experience, to optimise the settings in some games, and that program has also updated my GeForce GPU Driver. Could bluescreen be caused by this driver?

Is generally safe upgrade drivers on Apple Computer with Windows?

we have 3 of the most recent rMBPs (2012, early 2013 and late 2013), all 3 use the latest nvidia drivers from their support site with no issue
