How do I view a shared spreadsheet on iOS?

I've created a shared link for a Numbers spreadsheet. How can someone else on another iOS device view this spreadsheet? Is it only viewable in a browser? What about working on a Numbers spreadsheet in the Numbers apps for Mac or iOS directly? Same goes for all iWork apps, really.
