Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
After I got the update for the iOS7 my iPhone 5 has been going crazy. I barley open it up and it starts moving and doing things on its own, at times my phone wont even let me in. so with all the fuss i gave up and went to the store and got a new one. well I am still stuck with the old one and trying to figure out what is wrong with it. Any one has something?

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
What's funny is that I did all of that and it keeps glitching.
The next step would be to take the device to Apple for evaluation.
Word, but do you think they will replace my phone if my warrenty has expired even if it wasnt my fault?
If the phone is not under warranty, you may be offered the option of an out of warranty replacement unit. I believe they are $269 USD.
