Q: when i restore my iphone 4 it just starts to extract my software and then the unknown error appears. can anyone help how can i download th whole software first before it extracts. pls help

why doesnt it download the software all over again? could that be causing the error. how can i make th download begin? is it coz i hv downloaded the software for some other phone before? now how do i go about.... helpp plsss
