how do i fix a runtime error

I keep getting a C++ runtime error every time i try to install itunes...i got the error message, uninstalled, did a restore point and everything, but still getting it...help!!

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1

I would recommend removing iTunes and its associated components, then reinstalling it.
