Looking for help, 2012 Macbook pro 13

I have a 2012 13 inch macbook pro that is acting up. Apperently some liquid was spilled on it, but not a lot. The first issue is that i have a partition in it, and the initial boot for the partition is windows, when i boot it the keyboard only works half the time, and it doesnt work until windows is booted. An external keyboard does the same thing, wont work till its on and only works half the time. As well sometimes the mouse pad is permanantly left clicked, but not always.My first question is can i get it to boot to mac somehow? Secondly does anyone know what the cause might be and how costly a repair it could be. Its only 2 years old and has an i7 ivy bridge, 8 gigs of ram and a terrabyte harddrive so even a somewhat costly repair may be worthwile
