hey apple! So i recently bought an iPod but apparently the seller never signed out of iCloud and i want to restore the iPod and i did restore but know I'm stuck on this activation page!!!!! Apple will you be able to fully restore my iPod 5 for me?

You need to contact the seller to have them remove the activation lock, or return it for a refund.

The only way to be able to use your ipod is to have the seller remove the activation lock.

I hope you known the seller, if not, you may have paid a lot of money for a thin brick. You can not bypass the activation lock without help from the former owner. I hate to say it, and I hope I'm wrong, but, the person who sold you the iPod may not be the owner. Good luck, Cheers.
