Balance my credits in app store

Hi,

I will move to Brazil and i want to change the country of my App Store acc.

To do this i have to balance my credits. And make it as a zero 0.

I dont no how to make this... Somebody can help me please!

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1, Crédit balance

Spend as much as you can, then ask iTunes Support to zero your balance.
