My iphone 5 is out of warranty.

My iPhones camera is broke i can't take pictures as its fuzzy and pink lines come up. When i go on snapchat or the camera app the phone buzzes and vibrates like there's something wrong with the mechanics.

Unfortunately, it ran out of warranty in December. I doubt any one can fix this so how much would it cost for Apple to fully replace my phone?

In the UK, an over the counter out of warranty exchange is £ 209.00. Apple does not fix damage like this, they replace the phone. Make an appointment at any Apple store.
