We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.


Is it your id that the phone is linked to ? Only the owner of an account can remove a device from Find My iPhone, neither Apple nor users on these forums can do it - if you bought the phone used then you will need to contact the previous owner, he/she is the only person who can remove it from their account.

If it's your account and you can't remember your id then do you have any of its purchases on your computer : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1920


Or can you get the id, and its password reset, via http://iforgot.apple.com ?


If you can remember your id then you can either remove the phone from it by typing in the id and password on the phone, or using https://www.icloud.com/#find
