Upgrading to Itunes version 11.1 and missing file itunes.msi

I cannot sync my IPHone as I need to upgrade Itunes to version 11.1, however the upgade fails as it need a file itunes.msi.

I have tried deleting itunes, with difficulty as it asks for the same file. I did delete it manually and moved som other file. The upgrade still fails.
