How do i get the old contacts back?

How do i get the old contacts back?

All my contacts deleted and replaced with other device's contacts and really need to get back the old contacts how do i do that?

iPod touch, iOS 7.1

Back from where?

Where do you store your Contacts?

You should be storing them on your computer or cloud service. Just sync them to your ipod.

Restore you iPod from a backup of your iPod. It appears you restored your iPod from a backup of another device or that you deleted the iCloud account from the iPOd (settings>iCloud) and sign into another account. If that is the case just sign into your iCloud account
