I have a macbook air bought in early 2013, and I want to upgrade the memory cause is always full, how can I do it?

I have never done this type of things, help me please!!

Do you mean memory (RAM) or storage (the "hard disk")? Normally you cannot upgrade either, but I have read about some elaborate methods to update the storage, which would invalidate the warranty, no doubt.
