I have a macbook air bought in early 2013, and I want to upgrade the memory cause is always full, how can I do it?
I have never done this type of things, help me please!!

Do you mean memory (RAM) or storage (the "hard disk")? Normally you cannot upgrade either, but I have read about some elaborate methods to update the storage, which would invalidate the warranty, no doubt.

I meant the hard disk.
The MacBook Air has no user upgrades supported by Apple...doing so will void your warranty and any support from Apple. While some users choose to do an upgrade themselves. if you damage anything or ever need Apple support it will be refused.
