Hi, I have just turned my new IPad Air on for the first time and there are 4 lines down the screen, are there any fixes or do I need to send it back?? I bought it from Amazon through a 3rd party seller

Not normal. Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation.

Thanks, had a chat with support, tried a factory reset. still no go. so have now returned to Amazon. going to buy it from Apple 😉
