Icloud problem

I've forgotten my email and secret questions to my icloud account and now i cant acces my phone, what do i do?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.6

Funny that you can forget your e-mail. If your iPhone was bought second hand, you need to contact the original owner. Without the original Apple ID & password, you cannot activate your iPhone.

I was the one that bought it then i gave it to my sister (bought a new phone) and she somehow forgot all the important thing linked to the icloud account. and I've been sitting for 4 hours now trying to figure it out. nothing worked. and now i can't answer the secret question anymore either (locked). So ****** off atm :/
