My iphone 5c doesn't close

Whenever I receive a notification, then the screen of the iphone doesn't close, and if I don't close it, I lose a lot of charge.

Does this happen also to you?

How can I fix this problem?
I had bought the iPhone in christmas 2013

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.1, bought at Christmas 2013
