None of my season passes are showing up and letting me download

I'm so frustrated! I get the emails that I a new episode is available and I follow the link to the store and I get a message saying "unable at this time try again later" and I go to the page of each show and it does NOT show that I have bought the season pass, I have the $1.99/$2.99 purchase options. I 'reported a problem' yesterday and someone put a few of the shows into my account to download, 61 episodes and I only wanted the most recent shows of the season pass, not the whole seasons, but they only did that for a few of my season passes and I cannot access any of my others. Very frustrating, I've sent a few emails and this still isn't resolved, is anyone else having this problem?
