Hello, my friend has forgotten icloud ID and password, I have a security issue, a first and last name
iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1
Does your friend have any of the account's purchases on his computer's iTunes library : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1920 ?
If not then he/she could see if he/she can get the id, and the password reset, via http://iforgot.apple.com
And what is your seucrity issue with your name ?
Can you tell us you do reset passwords and names. His name is ............., born ............, security question is the name of the dog ........, please help us
We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your date of rith and security answer from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
You can contact Support in your country and they should be able to reset your questions and password : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
