Q: Why cant I download iwork from the app store for free as I have just bought my ipad air

I have just purchased my ipad and was told that you can download ilife and iwork for free, I was able to download ilife but cant use it because its asking

me to register, which I have already done on the apple site. I can't see and apps for iwork just apps that compliment it all at a price....someone told me that if you download more than two free apps you can no longer get iwork, if this is true surely apple should let you know....any suggestions

    The App Store should display those apps as free. If that is not the case, there may be an issue with your registered purchase or activation date, which Apple Care can sort out for you.

     

    Look to apple.com/support to get your local support options. There is little you can do on your end, if it doesn't show up as free automatically.
