PLEASE HELP. Can't reset my security questions, because it sent the reset info to an email I don't use anymore.

I received an iTunes gift card for my birthday. In order to redeem it I needed to answer my security questions. I forgot the answers, so I went to reset them. They then sent the reset info to a yahoo account I no longer use and is in fact deleted. Any way I can change the email they send that information to?
