I download a music from iTunes Store but I can pay my bill with my verve & Visa card , please can I find help out there ?

You must use an accepted form of payment in the App Store or in iTunes on the iPad. You can see which forms of payment are accepted here.

if you need to change payment information
Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
Tap your ID
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to Payment Information in the popup window.
Tap the arrow on the right and change the card in the next window.
