I can FaceTime Audio someone. They answer, but it still rings on my end!

So I'm trying to FaceTime Audio call my friend Garrett. He has an iPhone 5 with iOS 7. I call him using FaceTime Audio. It rings for a while, then I text him and say "Why aren't you picking up?" and he says "I did." Why is it still ringing on my end, if he answered the call? This also happens with FaceTime video. This first happened this morning on my Mac with OS X 10.9.2. I then tried it on my iPad Air with iOS 7.1, to no avail. Anything I can do? 😟

That actually does not help at all.

Not the slightest bit.

I've tried every single thing on that list (which, I couldn't try everything considering I'm on a MAC, not an IDEVICE, you shouldn've read the post carefully) to no avail.

That doesn't help, I'm using Facetime on my Mac. They call you a "community specialist"?
