My ipod is disabled what do I do?

My ipod is disabled and the computer it is originally synced to, i know longer have. Therefore I connected it to my new computer and to itunes but itunes comes up saying 'itunes can not connect to the ipod touch because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter the passcode on the ipod touch before it can be used with itunes'. I do not remeber my passcode and my ipod is disabled and does not give me the option to type in a passcode so how do i solve this problem?
