All Apple warranties are valid only in the country in which the iPhone was purchased; there is no international warranty. You'll need to return it to UAE for service and/or replacement.

thanks for the reply.but my problem is solved as apple accepts international warranty for iphone 5s if we prove that we came to india on purpose and the phone was damaged in india.they need some proof like passport,visa,airticket,bill.

I don't think you have been given the correct information. Apple's warranty on the iPhone does not cover accidental damage at all.
