I have tried everything including reseting my iPhone5s but still can't connect to App Store.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings


If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings


You will need to re enter your Wi-Fi password.

Then restart your iPhone then try the App Store.
