I changed my account on itunes but my phone is not recognizing it when it comes to updating apps? how do i change it?

Apps are permanently tied to the account that purchased them.

They can not be transferred.

Either continue to use the password from the old account or delete and download the apps under the new account.

If they were paid apps or contain data, you will have to pay for them again and will lose all data in app.
