My Ipod is IOS device and it has apps already on it, I'm wanting to put more apps on it.! How do I do that?
As stated above, an iPod nano isn't an iOS device. If it has any applications on it, those were either bundled with it or are among the now-removed iPod click wheel games.
If you're referring to an iPod touch and not an iPod nano, open the App Store on the device and download them from it, or sync the device with an iTunes library which contains the applications.

How do I download apps from the apple store?
If you're using an iPod nano, you can't.
If you're using an iPod touch, click here and follow the instructions. The App Store isn't the same as the Apple Store.
