MIDI keyboard unrecognized

Hi friend,

I'm experimentent problems to conect my MIDI-keyboard to my MacBook with Maverick OS. The keyboard's manufacturer are not reporting incompatibility one with each other and are not providing drivers neither.

I'll really appreciate if you are able to provide me some solutions for these cases.
