Clicking on Settings>General>Usage just crashes, how can I fix it?

Everything else works and I used to be able to click on it but now it just goes back onto my home screen can't turn the battery percentage on :(

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1

I suggest restoring the iPhone. Plug it in to the current version of iTunes on your computer. Let it sync. Then choose "Restore" from the iPhone's summary page in iTunes.

I have so many photos and progress in apps and seriously don't want to lose any of it though???D:

I'm not sure why you think you would lose photos. Either they are on Camera Roll and will sync just before the restore, or you should already have them on your computer.

As for app progress, that will depend on the particular app. Many save theirs as part of the sync as well.
