Could you detail which iMac computer model, incl

display, processor, build year, etc. you have?

Some early iMac (intel-based models, such as 20" 24" etc) had some known issues with Flash Player plugin and of those, some reverted to the earlier Flash 12 or 11, when possible. Others, depending on their computer build model identifier or year, etc were able to try another route. Not knowing what you have for hardware, I am not going to supply an answer. You are left with answering the question of what your iMac is...

However IF your iMac is an early model intel-based Mac, you may find an answer...

If it's not so early, a set of answers/suggestions point to a cure here:

...if not, you won't.

These discussions rely on detailed information about your computer.

Hopefully the two linked ASC pages give you some ideas.

Good luck & happy computing! 🙂

The first link of the two I posted has the Adobe cure to this problem,

at about mid-page, the answer there has a direct link to Adobe:

•shows this adobe link: "attention Mac users"
