Is there any app for iOS that allows u to watch or download movies and TV shows for free?

I think there is. How do test for it? Why does it not allow us to install, all other updates/install smoothly. Can I delete the update?

There are lots of TV network apps that allow you to watch their content as long as you subscribe to a cable or dish service that offers the content. The big three networks in the U.S., CBS, ABC and NBC all have apps. TNT, TBS, ABC Family, USA, and others have apps as well.
Crackle is an iOS app that offerers TV show and movie content. It's certainly not the most current stuff out there, but it is offered at no charge.
