My phone won't allow me to iCloud my new music because it's been associated with a different Apple ID. Is there any way to speed up the time limit or change the id it's associated with?

Do I have to wait for the full time period or can I change IDs faster?

Thanks for the question. You’ll have to wait the 90 day limit before you can associate your device with another Apple ID. For more information, see this resource:
