Created Apple ID with another Person's SIM Card
I created an Apple ID with another person's SIM card by mistake in IPhone 5s. Do I need to delete the Apple ID, if I need to use the same ID for my SIM Card

No. The SIM has nothing to do with the Apple ID. You do need to sign out of iMessage before removing the sim to deregister the phone number that was on the Sim though.
