Apr 13, 2014 12:19 AM in response to Sweet meowby King_Penguin,The content providers (record companies, film studios etc) grant Apple licenses to sell their content on a country-by-country basis (they want control over where their content is available) - each country therefore has to have its own store, and you have to be in a country (and have a billign address in that country on your country) to use its store.
If there are items that you want to buy which aren't currently available in the Malaysian store then you can try requesting that they be added, but unless the rights-holder for Malaysia agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell them there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
